Online certificate programs are a great temptation especially for people who spend most of their time working. These programs are really good for skills development, however, because of the mode of instruction, there is no telling whether students actually do the practical exercises or not. The catch here is that the degree of skill acquired from an online certificate program is totally dependent on the response of the student.
Since these programs focus on skills development, an online method can only give academic or documentary instructions, and the practical side of the program remains determined by the student. Certificate online programs require a great deal of honest dedication and sincere commitment to learn. There is no supervision whatsoever for online certificate programs, and if there is any, the supervision depends mainly on feedback from the recipient of the program. Although online certificate programs are an easy way to learn, these programs are entirely ‘individual’ dependent.
