Online Home Inspector Course

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a home inspector, but have been unable to take the time to attend evening or weekend classes (especially for full-time working adults), there is an option available to you – the online home inspector course.

Online home inspector courses follow the same curriculum that a typical brick-and-mortar home inspector course provides, but all of the in-class discussions, reading materials and assignments are all provided through an online portal. All you need is a computer with Internet capabilities and the minimum technical requirements (these are usually included somewhere on the school’s website).

The best thing about the online home inspector course is that you can access your class any day at any time that suits you. So if Thursdays at 10pm, or Saturdays at 5am are the best times for you, then your coursework will be waiting!

The online home inspector course studies topics like zoning, building codes and ordinances, contract specifications and more. Many states require that home inspectors obtain licensing and some relevant education. It may also be advantageous to register with a national home inspection organization, as many home inspectors tend to be self-employed rather than employed by a business.

If you feel that your career lies in home inspection, consider enrolling in an online home inspector course to get a jump start on this exciting journey!
